If you meet income guidelines, a team will come to your home and perform some or all of the following actions.
Find the weatherization organization near your home
- Install energy efficient light bulbs and fixtures
- Replace refrigerators with more efficient models
- Seal drafts and air leaks around windows and doors
- Insulate walls and ceilings
- Install water heater jackets, low-flow shower heads, aerators
- Replace electric space and water heaters with oil, gas or propane units.
- Identify loans, mortgage products, and energy services that may save you money.
